NYS DEC Classes are CANCELLED

Unfortunately, with everything going on the DEC has decided to cancel the Hunter Education and Bow Hunter Education classes that were scheduled for April at this time. As of now there are no reschedule dates HOWEVER it is in your best interest to still read the booklets and complete the homework. We will update everyone as soon as we hear when the classes are able to be rescheduled.

Library Closed Effective March 16, 2020

Due to the current national COVID-19 crisis, and because the state and national guidelines encourage closure of public facilities until further notice, the Cape Vincent Community Library will be closed effective Monday, March 16, 2020 until further notice.

This closure includes our temporary location at Cape Vincent Rec Park which was serving as our satellite location during our construction project.

Library Board Meeting @ The Library NEW TIME

The Library Board Meeting has a change in time and venue. It will now be held Thursday, March 19 at 3:00pm at the library. (157 North Real Street)

The meeting is limited to 10 people, who have requested to be on the agenda. Minutes will be on the website within two weeks for the public to review.
