Fit Ladies Always Stay Healthy (FLASH) meets the 1st, 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 9:30am-10:30am. The group discusses weight loss, diet, weight maintenance, recipes and other topics that relate to fitness and healthy living. The group is structured for ladies 60 plus. There are NO weigh-ins and you are welcome to share as much or as little as you want about your fitness goals and journey. This group is NOT affiliated with any specific diet/organization, although some participants do follow a specific plan. This is an information gathering and all are welcome.
